Hearty Beef & Vegetable Soup

To freeze, let the soup cool completely. Transfer it to 1-quart airtight containers, leaving 1/2 inch at the top to allow for expansion. Freeze the soup for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator and reheat over medium heat.

Love this soup

Though it needed a bit more seasoning so I added 1 clove of garlic and 1 bay leaf and it tasted even better.

I chopped up all the veggies and the meat into bit size pieces. This was an easy soup...that was oh so yummy...even better the next day!.
