The fruit salad really compliments this brunch. I did add the juice of 1 lime to the dressing just because I had a lot on hand. I also added some chopped fresh mint. The lime juice added a fresh tartness to the fruit.

Deliciously light

The dressing for this fruit salad (vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper) made my family cringe. However, it quickly became a hit. I prepared the dish for Thanksgiving brunch and as a snack. It was the only dish that was eaten entirely, by fruit lovers and non-fruit lovers alike!
