Delicious marinade!

This marinade gives you delicious steak tacos, better than at your average Mexican restaurant and much better than any taco mix packet. The recipe does take time and planning because of the amount of time that the meat must marinate, but it's well worth the effort.
Make sure you use good Tequila, using the same rule of thumb as when using wine in cooking: use something you'd enjoy drinking, not the cheapest option.
