Great Bold Flavor

The marinade brought out great flavor without being overpowering. This was fairly easy to put together. I put everything directly into a zip lock freezer bag --making only 2 steaks instead of the 4 called for in the recipe. I let the marinade set for only 2 hours. This was great. It's a keeper!

Easy and short marinating time

I have made this recipe multiple times and always get rave reviews. You can use either a thick rib eye like a delmonico steak or several smaller and thinner rib eyes. I usually make the marinade and put it in with the steaks in a resealable bag. A couple of hours will marinate them well, although, I have done it overnight also. Very tender steaks when cooked over a grill.
