I wanted to find a frittata that was delicious, easy to prepare and that required ingredients I usually have at home. I hate it when I decide to cook certain things on a whim and don't have the necessary ingredients. This recipe is perfect! The frittata is so delicious, easy to prepare and all you need is eggs, onions, cream, Parmigiano cheese and rosemary. Perfection!
