Grilled Beef Fillets with Mushrooms and Red Wine Sauce

Here, grilled beef fillets are accompanied by meaty mushrooms and a coriander-spiced wine sauce. For guests who do not eat meat, grill a tofu steak or serve two mushrooms with the sauce. Heads of Belgian endive and spears of asparagus, grilled alongside the mushrooms, make good accompaniments.

I made this for dinner tonight and it got rave reviews from everyone!! I definitely recommend using the fillets (I substituted New york strips which where a great quality but not the same) to save some money since I was cooking for 8 people. Next time I will know.
I also made it with green beans, corn on the cob, and scalloped potatoes, which was a feast and all totally perfect.
Also the sauce for this is so yummy you might want to make extra!! Put it on your steak, your mushroom, your greens, and even soak it up with some bread if you like (I can't, I have celiacs!)
And dont skimp on the mushroom, that might have been the best part of the meal!! I bought the biggest ones I could find, which was good planning in a non-planning way :-)
