Great Ice Cream Cupcake
The entire family will enjoy baking and decorating our giant ice cream cupcake. You will use only the cupcake base for this recipe; reserve the cupcake top to decorate and enjoy as an extra treat. When baking the giant cupcake, place a baking sheet on the lowest oven rack to catch any batter that might overflow.

This is my go to cake for special events. The kids love it and it is easy to make. A definite crowd pleaser.

I can't believe my gorgeous Sophia is soon to be 2 years old. We are preparing to celebrate her birthday and the only thing I don't have to worry about is if we have chosen the Perfect cake recipe. I know WE DID!! This is a delicious cake! Her grandma made 2 of them last year to celebrate her FIRST BIRTHDAY! and this year is my husband turn to make her cake. I know it is going to be great!!!
