I am a busy mom who has little time to cook, but I have made these 3 times now for myself. The real ginger gives these a wonderful alive taste. For those who like ginger, these are the best ginger cookies.

These are exactly as they promise to be. Very delicate and sophisticated. Just like a petit four in a restaurant. I used macadamia nuts and they were super.
