Ok, but consistance too smooth

This recipe is not bad but I prefer the Traditional Gazpacho recipe which is also on this site. That recipe uses less ingredients and you can taste the freshness of the individual vegetables better; while this recipe is more like a cocktail. I would recommend the other recipe to my friends.
