Garlicky Chicken Thighs

Try to buy locally raised free-range poultry because it's tastier and more humanely raised. Here, chicken thighs are used in a dish that requires a minimum of attention from the cook. Once you have browned the thighs and briefly cooked the aromatics on the stovetop, the oven does the rest of the work.

delicious for dinner and as leftovers

It's easy and full of flavors. I love garlic so I put loads of them because I find it's not enough per recipe especially since it's called garlicky chicken thighs.
When I ran out of fresh thymes, I used the dried once and they worked out fine. Also, I also used sake instead of the white wine and they turned out delicious!
Pros: Adaptable, Will Make Again
