I make this all the time and it is wonderful but I do it a little different. I take all the herbs and salt and combine it in a bowl but instead of Riesling I add about 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and make a paste. Then I brush it on the pork chops and marinade it for at least 4 hours. Lastly, I grill the pork and wow!!! The combination of flavors is wonderful! I have made this for guests and everyone wants the recipe. I usually only make 3 pork chops so I do cut the salt just a little.

While these chops saitsfy the lust for meat 'n potatoes, they are delightful to prepare and serve.
At a dinner party, the stage is set. Grilled chops along side of perky freshly grilled apples promises a sweet melody of gastronomic awe. Once served and sampled, let the fun begin.
Superbly harmonized herbs, offers a dependalble result that is unexpected and wonderful.
