Crunchy fried chicken With subtle heat

This recipe was my first attempt at fried chicken and it turned out beautifully! I didn't have the time to put raw chicken in buttermilk for 1-18 hours, more like 20 minutes, so I will try that next time, but honestly, I can't imagine it turning out better! Like other reviewer, I used only
Skinless boneless breasts. Recipe received high praise from my family! Will definitely make again!

Yummy fried chicken!

This is my favorite go-to fried chicken recipe. I only use skinless boneless chicken breasts and this recipe works great with them. You get the great flavor and crunch without all the fat. Love it!
