This recipe was great. It feels dry when you make it, but when putting the dough through the pasta press, it came out perfect!

I love this recipe, I've used numerous pasta recipes and make fresh pasta frequently. This is a good all-purpose pasta great for hearty sauces and light delicate ones .The ratios of flour and semolina make for a tender and al dente bite.
