Roast the beef in advance and refrigerate up to overnight. The meat will be easier to cut into thin slices for the sandwiches. For a delicious accompaniment, serve with Craftsteak Onion Rings.

I skipped the onion rings, as the shallots and caramelized onion were enough. Roasting the beef would take too long, so I took some flank strips to the skillet and voilla! Ciabatta rolls work perfectly with the panini grill too. Yummy and easy.
Pros: Quick, Good Value, Easy, Will Make Again
