Easy and Delicious

These came together very easily.
I used red snapper and marinated it for about 45 minutes in olive oil, lime juice, garlic and cilantro. Dried it off, seasoned with salt and pepper and pan fried.
The crema and the slaw are delicious. I used less cumin because my husband does not like it very much but he loved these tacos.

We make fish tacos alot and I never really followed a recipe for them but glad I did because these are the best I ever had, great textures with the crunch of the fish and smoothness of the avocado
cream. My husband say's he could eat them every day!
