This is the first time that I've made a yeast bread -- good way to start -- as mentioned, this recipe is pretty easy. Hands-on time is pretty minimal -- the mixer did all of the work!
The bread is absolutely delicious!!!! Kind of reminds me of a light version of a brioche.
The foamy yeast step took closer to 15 minutes for me -- beyond that, all of the timings were spot on.
Note: the end result is big -- bigger than I expected (wider). Also, I had a bit of a problem separating the bread from the parchment paper -- had to wait for the bread to cool off a bit.
Pros: Easy, Appearance, Impressive, Will Make Again
