A Match Made in Morning food Heaven!

My father and I love our homemade waffles, and when I saw this recipe I got really excited. We are both MAJOR waffle and eggs benedict lovers so when we tried this we both said that it was a match made in morning heaven!

This is my Favorite eggs benedict recipe! I have made it countless times for guests and they always want seconds. When you put the batter in the waffle iron the smell will send you through the roof, in a good way! I always make extra hollandaise because it is sooo good. You will not regret trying this. I always modify recipes but not this one it is perfect the way it is.
