This recipe accompanied the first egg coddlers that were sold in the Williams-Sonoma store in the 1960s. To keep the eggs from sticking and to enhance the flavor, butter is added along with some salt and pepper.

Easy perfect egg that sets an alegant table

This makes perfect eggs every time. Very tasty and easy. Sets an elegant table for breakfast or brunch and keeps the egg warm. You can also add toppings of your choice if you prefer. I prefer mine just like the menu calls for!!
