Ground pork adds a savory note to this easy stir-fry, which gets a spicy kick from a jalapeno chili.

Super Fast Easy Awesome

I have made this slightly differently about 4 times now. My variations have included 1. Different vegetable mix. 2. Thinly sliced pork tenderloin instead of ground pork. 3. Chicken base instead of beef.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: 4. Extra starch to thicken the sauce.
In each variation of the above combinations, I loved this dish. Tons of fresh crisp vegetables, and flavor!
I think the whole meal can be cooked in less than 15 minutes including prep and clean up.
Pros: Yield, Quick, Good Value, Easy, Healthy, Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again
Cons: needed slightly more thickener for the sauce
