Good Basic Deviled Egg Recipe

This is a good starter recipe for deviled eggs. I like them a little softer and creamier, so might add a bit more mayo and dijon mustard. I liked one reviewers addition of finely chopped chives. I prefer to add the paprika as a garnish, rather than in the mix. A really nice alternative to this version is with some finely chopped smoked salmon and dill.

This is a good recipe for deviled eggs. I added a little bit of white wine vinegar because I felt they needed a little more "bite." Will make again.

Great recipe
I have made my deviled eggs like this since a child (guess my mom made them this way). It's the same recipe except I just useregular mustard and I like it much better this way. Try it, you'll like it also - -
