Date-Pecan Bread

You can also use this batter for making muffins. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners and spoon in the batter, filling the cups three-quarters full. Bake in a preheated 375deg.F oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 25 minutes.

NOT GOOD !
June 16, 2013
My family loves dates and I thought this was a good recipe to try, I made it last week., but it was very dry, maybe too little butter, and in my opinión the cinnamon flavor doesn't go well with dates.
I have made several récipes from WS, with excellent results, now I am sure I will not make this again !
Cons: Taste, too dry

Very easy to assemble. End result is a moist and delicious bread that is worth the 10 minutes to make!!
Pros: Easy, Will Make Again

Why 4 stars instead of 5 on Date-Pecan Bread
Just wondered why if pleased with the recipe and it was yummy did it only get 4 stars.
I usually look at reviews before trying a recipe and this one was a bit confusing.
