I just tried this recipe today for the first time and it is quite delicious! It was incredibly easy to make (especially if you have left over baked chicken). The curry brings out a unique flavor and I absolutely love the crunch of the almonds. You must try this recipe if you are looking to have a great sandwich mix or salad topper on hand for easy to go lunches.
