Great soup!

This was really good, although I tweaked it just a bit. For starters, I only had 6 cups of squash, not 9.... but that concentrated the rest of the flavors and it turned out really well.... plus I didn't have to puree in batches, it was just enough for my food processor to handle in one take. I also put in a whole lime (it was small-medium).
Also, definitely use pre-peeled garlic and cube your squash the night before - this is a lot of prep work - thank goodness for my mandolin, lime press, and garlic press!
