Very easy to do and great results
December 9, 2012
It literally took me like 15 minutes to just prepare everything, time enough to pre-heat the oven. I didn't run, just followed the recipe to the letter and the result was a great gingerbread, one of the best I've had. I replaced the covering for frosting (sugar + lemon juice instead of water) and it was even better.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Adaptable, Will Make Again

Excellent For Breakfast or After Dinner with Tea
March 22, 2011
Easy to make and very flavorful and moist. Boyfriend says it's the best ginger bread he's ever had. Molasses flavor was a bit strong for me so I would cut it back a bit and add more crystalized ginger. It's even better the next day.

Holiday Party Favorate

This recipe is good any time of the year. For that extra flavor, add two tablespoons of Grand Marnier to the mix after all other ingredients. Serve with chilled pear halves in syrup.
