Made a great starter for me, good bread too.

I made this starter using grapes off of our vine and well water. It was vigorous from the start, rising much better than the starter I made before using only flours and water. It also has a much better flavor and aroma than my previous starter. I have been using it for months now, and it just keeps getting better. It seems to be an 'easy keeper' too, happy in the fridge for a couple weeks between feedings. I have made this bread, and liked it, but of course you can use this starter in all your favorite sourdough recipes. I love this starter.
Pros: Good Value, Will Make Again, vigorous rise, great aroma
Cons: Lengthy
