Delicious, authentic

We made these after returning from Barcelona and missing the food. These were delicious and tasted like we remembered.
After you bread them you can put them on a cookie sheet to freeze (not touching) and, once they are frozen, transfer them to a freezer bag or container. They fry up beautifully from the freezer.
