The crust was amazing

The crust of this pie was great, however the ratio of cranberries to apples was way off. It took me all day and it looked amazing but there were so many cranberries that it overpowered the apple and orange. if your going to make this please switch the amounts of apple and cranberry.
Pros: Yield, Appearance, Impressive, looked great
Cons: Taste, Ingredients, Lengthy

Nothing better than home-cooked pie!

This pie is phenomenal. I used Cara oranges for it (which have a hint of a cranberry flavour to them) and they suited this recipe perfectly. Sweet and tart, tangy all in one. Filling come out thick and lots of lovely juicy fruit inside! Put a dollop of vanilla icecream overtop for perfection!
