Clay Roasted Chicken

Well, I found this absolutely FABULOUS! The clay is easily broken w/the end of a table knife! It may "look" like something only "advanced" cooks could do but the most difficult task was rolling out the clay (not difficult @ all). Ingredients are common ingredients and cost very little. Fantastic! My only regret was that my grandchildren weren't there to see the "revealing" of the chicken! i think I'll buy another one just for them, as this was a gift.
