Perfect Eggs Benedict!

Eggs Benedict is my husband's favorite breakfast and I have made a couple different recipes for him over the last couple years. He claimed that none of them were fantastic. I made this one last week for his birthday and he said it was perfect! Yay!! :) Our whole family actually loved it, including me, which is really saying something because I don't usually care for Eggs Benedict but had 2 helpings :). This will definitely be our go-to recipe from now on. (made it with leftover ham from the rum & cayenne glazed ham recipe from WS)
