Classic Crab Cakes

To freeze, place the uncooked crab cakes on a baking sheet in the freezer just until firm, about 2 hours. Wrap each cake in plastic wrap and place in a plastic freezer bag. Freeze for up to 1 month. Defrost the crab cakes in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.

Wonderful crab cakes!

I have used this recipe twice and each time have received rave reviews from my dinner guests. I no longer deep fry them. I like to bake them for 30 min. at 350 degrees and then put them under the boiler for a few minutes to crisp up and get nice and brown. YUMMY!
