Chocolate-Raspberry Brownies

To add variety to your brownies, swirl creamy peanut butter or sweetened cream cheese that has been loosened with a bit of cream in place of the raspberry jam in the second step.

Best "Fudgie" Brownie
April 15, 2012
If you prefer a more fudge like brownie that is soft and not fluffy then this is the perfect brownie recipe for you! Make sure the brownies cool completely and even refrigerate over night if you have the time. Then these are super easy to cut. Definitely worth a try!
Pros: Quick, Easy, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again

Fantastic Flavor but Messy Eating
July 9, 2010
The flavor of these brownies is absolutely outstanding -- truly above and beyond any "normal" brownie recipe.
However, be warned -- the texture is very, very moist. I have tried the recipe both with and without the jam and each time the brownies have been exceptionally moist -- making for a great taste, but unfortunately a somewhat messy presentation (and sticky fingers when eating!).
Still, the flavor is worth it -- give this a try and enjoy!
