Chocolate Fondue

It's important to maintain moderately low heat (no more than 120deg.F) under your fondue pot so the chocolate stays melted and just warm to the touch. Too much heat can ruin the chocolate.

Excellent fondue!

Made the chocolate fondue for New Years and it was great! I added a few splashes of Kahlua to enhance the flavor but otherwise followed the recipe. Would certainly make again!
