Great to have on hand when guests stop by during the holidays, these biscotti also make lovely gifts. You can substitute dried cherries for the cranberries.

Measurement error

Three cups flour must be a typo because that is way too much flour for a cookie, using three eggs and half stick butter. Batter came out very pasty and consistency was off. Might try again using 1 1/2 cups flour as most other biscotti recipes on this site suggest.

Great accompaniment to coffee or tea am or pm

These tasy treats have a salty yet sweet flavor. These make a great gift or great to have on hand for an evening sweet tooth.
I added a bit of candied Ginger and stepped up the flavors.
