Chocolate-Cherry Muffins

When adding the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix them in quickly, just enough to form a rough, lumpy batter. If the batter is overbeaten, the muffins will be tough.

I use this recipe with a mini muffin pan. One muffin hits the spot. My little girls love them too! They think they are brownies. Super easy to make also.
