Chinatown-Inspired Pork Ribs with Scallion Rice

Pork spareribs cook in less than an hour, thanks to the use of a microwave. They're served with scallion rice, which soaks up the flavorful char siu sauce. The recipe was created by Chef Michael Voltaggio.

Savory Ribs!
November 1, 2011
The ribs are tasty and the scallion rice was outstanding.
I did my ribs in a Turbo Chef, so they cooked just as fast. Took them out after the first cooking time, and put them on the grill. Then added the sauce and put back in the Turbo Chef.
Pros: Appearance, Impressive, Will Make Again
