Chicken Thighs Diavolo

Seasoned with five different chili spices, these spicy chicken thighs are highly addictive. Though not as popular as chicken breasts, juicy thigh meat is considered by many to be the tastiest part of the bird.

Great spice combination
June 5, 2014
I made this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic. It seems like a lot of spice when preparing, but it comes out perfectly. I didn't have wood chips for the grill so I used smoked paprika in place of regular. Also for the hot pepper sauce I used Jamaican scotch bonnet sauce (we like extra heat). I think this would make a great wing sauce. I will definitely be making this again.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Will Make Again

Best recipe for chicken thighs on the BBQ
September 4, 2013
The marinade is quick to pull together. I reduced the cayenne pepper by a tsp to reduce the heat, and used an organic chicken thigh w/skin that makes the recipe. Also marinated the chicken overnight and the spice was not too much. BBQ at 350 temp and start skin side down for 1st 10 min. Nice presentation.
Pros: Yield, Appearance, Will Make Again, quick & easy
Cons: none
