Saw this made at a tech class in the Manhattan Beach store. Was excellent then, so had to make it. Have made this 2x so far. Once fmade it for family, rave reviews, and a 2nd time for company, also rave reviews. I highly suggest dish! Yes, get the peeler set of 3 so you can make the thin strips of carrot.
