Chicken Couscous with Dried Fruit

This one-dish meal is perfect for a picnic or potluck for two reasons: It is easily transported and tastes great at room temperature. Make sure to refrigerate until about 1 hour before serving.

My guests adored it!

Amazing recipe! My guests loved it, even those who usually don't like couscous! I couldn't stop eating from it. Used raisins and dried craisins for the dried fruit. Used boiled brown chicken and it's broth since i didn't have roasted chicken. The toasted almonds added crunch and flavor. MMmmmm. I'm definitely gonna make this again soon!
