Perfect for an easy dinner on a chilly night

This soup is a super easy to make and next to impossible to mess up. I make it every few weeks, just to have the left overs. The trick is to use extra ginger ( if you like it, you can never have enough), and to cut back on time, just use a Rotisserie chicken from the store and add that into the soup. Another flavorful additive is to chop up avacodo and Jalapeño to sprinkle on top to serve. Try these little tips and enjoy!
Pros: Quick, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again
