Chicken and Vegetable Soup

If you can't find Swiss chard, you can use 6 oz. baby spinach. Remove the stems, rinse the leaves, dry completely and then chop.

Easy and delicious!

I use precooked chicken on busy nights and it makes a fast hearty weeknight dinner. I have added cubed butternut squash for a slightly sweeter version. You can substitute Kale for Chard. Just a wonderful versatile soup.
