Carrot Pineapple Orange Juice

This morning eye-opener is an outstanding source of vitamins A and C. If you drink it fresh from the extractor, the orange and lemon rinds add a lovely, subtle flavor. Otherwise, peel the orange and lemon before juicing, as the rinds will make the juice bitter after sitting for an hour or two. Look for ripe pineapple with a mild aroma and golden peel.

Refreshing!
March 23, 2013
Hubby and I are new to juicing, so we're trying out as many recipes as we can find. This one is my personal favorite! Not overly sweet thanks to the lemon, but bright and perfectly refreshing. My daughter agrees this one is the best, and she's not fond of all the roughage being juiced in the house.
The recipe as written is for one small serving. Easily quadrupled for most juicers on the market.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, Appearance, Will Make Again
