Caramel-Filled Chocolate Ebelskivers
These sugar-dusted chocolate pancakes are filled with a sweet surprise-a melted caramel center. Take care when flipping the pancakes over; the centers will still be very soft because of the melting caramel.

all ebelskiver recipes are awsome ...i had to get another pan for the other house
i used half a carmel the whole one was just to much
I make them when having new company over they are always amazed ... have also tried putting a small amount of peanut butter in the middle ....awsome....
