I highly recommend this one. I substituted quinoa for the bulgur wheat and 1/2 white vinegar and 1/2 honey for the pomegranate molasses.
Terrific combo of flavours and textures. I sprung for the fresh herbs and it really made a difference. Would be perfect for a summer dinner.
