Bread-Machine Pizza Dough

This pizza dough couldn't be easier to prepare. Just combine the ingredients in a bread machine and process as directed. The recipe makes enough dough for two 12-inch pizzas. Be sure to use fresh yeast (check the expiration date on the package); otherwise, the dough won't rise properly.

can i half the recipe?

was wondering if anyone has tried halving the recipe... just the two of us, so would prefer just enough dough for one pizza...

You can freeze pizza dough, just make the whole recipe and put half, wrapped in plastic, in a freezer bag.

why review when you've never made recipe?
I don't understand why you issued a review for a recipe you've never attempted. Your 3-out-of-5-star review affects how this recipe will be perceived, unless people go in and read that you actually were just posing a question about it.

You can freeze the other ball of dough! Then, the next time you two want pizza just take it out instead of waiting for another one to make.
