Braised Lamb Shanks with Roasted Potatoes

These lamb shanks are slow-cooked until the meat is almost falling off the bone. They are delicious paired with roasted baby potatoes, which get a flavor boost from Parmesan-infused olive oil.

I could not believe how great this dish came out... It was beyond amazing. I would highly recommend to have some fresh French bread to go with this dish.

Crock Pot Easy
May 22, 2011
This is a crock pot dream recipe. Just brown the shanks, saute veggies and dump remaining ingredients in. Cook on high for six hours. The meat falls off the bone. Remove the shanks when finished and cook down the juice until thickened. Also delicious served over mashed potatoes or cheese grits.
