Excellent Steak House Flavor at Home!

Made these the other night after I saw my husband drooling over the newest Williams Sonoma catalog that arrived! I decided to make them along with the Craftsteak spinach gratin and the CUT Steakhouse macaroni and cheese recipes! These steaks were excellent! I had never basted steaks on the stove top with butter and thyme before, and this process really made for a tender and flavorful steak! These were so good that we didn't really need any sauteed mushrooms or onions to go with them!
