Great Balance of Flavors

This salad was super delicious. The beet pure is transcendent, topped with the roasted beets, and the tangy flavor of the grapefruits. Delicious. The colors are impeccably appetizing and vibrant. A healthy salad that will impress both the palette and the eyes.
I added just a tsp of oil and a bit extra grapefruit juice and vinegar. It's much healthier without the oil.

The combination of flavors in this salad are simply divine... the grapefruit sweetens the beets' bite while the avocado rounds out the flavors. Easy to prepare. Artistic presentation. The perfect start to a farmer's market meal.
