So good that they disappeared as I made them

Keep the onion rings in the oven so people won't eat them (including the chef)! I kept making batch after batch and they would disappear. My family loved them! I would make this again. Be aware that this is a one person job. One person needs to constantly watch the deep frying while another person prepares the other parts of the meal. I used an Asian stir fry (thin) pan. I set my Viking range at medium to reach 350 Fahrenheit degrees. Keeping a constant temperature was the most difficult part.
