Beef-Chipotle Chili

Substitute a dark Mexican beer for all or part of the beef broth. It will give the chili a rich, earthy flavor. Bottles of the same beer, served ice cold, would also make an excellent accompaniment to this spicy, smoky chili.

Hot, spicy, and delicious!

I thought this was a fantastic receipe. I have made it mutiple times for guests, and people have asked to take leftovers home. It is true that the chilies can get hot, but I just use half the can of chipotle chilies, and I get great results. It is amazing how tender the beef gets, and the heat from the chilies makes the beer a much needed complement to the dish. I wholeheartedly recommend this recipe for anyone who wishes a hot meal on a cold day.
Pros: Good Value, Easy, Will Make Again

Served to guests, we were all disappointed
Have made many other WS recipes that are always a success the first time, don't think we could stomach chipotle Chili's in anything for a while after this recipe!
