Delicious Go-To Meal

My entire family loves this dish, even the kids (ranging from 11 yrs to 2 yrs). Great for parties. I usually double up the liquid ingredients so there's lots of juice. And I use Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce to save time. Super simple: I throw the ingredients into the slow cooker the night before, and cook on high overnight. In the morning I turn it to low and let it simmer during the day. The aroma is heavenly, and is sure to make you keep wanting to "check the seasonings" all day long!

I live in Memphis, and this is the BEST barbeque sandwich ever. This brisket is better than any of the famous barbeque places, and I have tried them all. I like to shred the brisket and toss it in the skillet with either Corky's or Rendevous sauce. I would give this recipe 10 stars if I could! I will be making this again and again because I LOVE it!!!
